"Un Lit à Buenos Aires" is a company for tourists, businessmen, businesswomen, students, in love with Buenos Aires, looking for an apartment for the duration of their choice.

It offers you a range of apartments to rent, for one day or for several months, selected along standards of charm, local life, comfort, calm, and porteña atmosphere, typical of Buenos Aires.

It proposes you further services: welcoming at the airport, cleaning, city tour, reservations for shows, subscription for Spanish and tango lessons.

Reservation:

To book an apartment, you just need to:

1) contact us by mail or by telephone;
2) fill out the fact sheet/ the booking form;
3) pay 20 % of the total amount of the duration by a simple wire. After confirmation of the wire, we will send you the firm booking by mail. This deposit will not be returned in case of changing of date or cancellation.

Arrival in the apartment:

The contract is signed in the apartment you have chosen, along with the inventory and statement of state of repair. The first month of rent and the deposit are paid at this time.

The deposit will be returned the day of departure after possible deduction in case of repair and replacement cost.

Those payments are done along Argentine modalities, in cash (euros or dollars) and will be clearly indicated in the lease.

We state that those formalities of arrivals and departure take place every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
After these time lots, they will be charged:
- 20 US$ from monday to saturday, from 8 am to 10 am, and from 7 pm to 10 pm.
- 40 US$ on sunday, all the day, and from monday to saturday, from 10 pm to 8 am .

Administrative charges : 30 US$.

Amount of the deposit :
For less than 30 days: half a month's rent.
Between 1 month and 6 months: one month's rent.
For 6 months to 1 year: 2 months' rent.

For information:

The apartments cannot contain more than the number of persons indicated.
All the apartments do not provide a cleaning service; it is the responsibility of the guests to make sure they leave the apartment in the same state of hygiene as upon arrival.
In the opposite case, 30 US$ will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning cost.

Animals are not allowed in the apartments.

In the event of failure to comply to those conditions of rent, the lease can be cancelled without any compensation for the guests.
